Byagaragaye ko abakora siporo mu mujyi wa Kigali batubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda covid-19 nkuko bikwiye

Mu gikorwa cyabaye ku bufatanye n’Umujyi wa Kigali kuri iki Cyumweru, Minisiteri ya Siporo yakoze igenzura ry’uburyo amabwiriza yo kwirinda icyorezo cya Coronavirus yubahirizwa n’abakora siporo zitandukanye mu bice byawo.

Hagiye gushira ukwezi imikino ikorwa abantu bategeranye irimo uwo kunyonga igare, gutwara imodoka, Tennis, Golf, kugenda n’amaguru (Hiking) n’imikino ngororamubiri yemerewe gusubukurwa ariko hakurikizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda icyorezo cya Coronavirus cyibasiye Isi.

Mu gihe byitezwe ko hari indi mikino izasubukurwa muri uku kwezi kwa Nyakanga, Minisiteri ya Siporo ifatanyije n’Umujyi wa Kigali, bakoze igenzura ry’uburyo abakora siporo zemewe, bubahiriza amabwiriza yashyizweho.

Muri iri genzura ryari ryitabiriwe na Minisitiri Munyangaju Aurore Mimosa, byagaragaye ko “Abantu barema amatsinda bagakora imyitozo kandi bitari muri siporo zemewe uretse iy’umuntu ku giti cye na Tennis na Golf nabwo buri wese akagira igikoresho cye.”

“Hagaragaye kandi kudahana intera ndetse no kuba mbere na nyuma ya siporo hari abari batambaye udupfukamunwa mu gihe ari ngombwa igihe usoje siporo.”

Umujyi wa Kigali watangaje ko abagaragaye bose bakora siporo nyamara batubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda “Bagiriwe inama zo gukurikiza amabwiriza yashyizweho mu kwirinda icyorezo cya Coronavirus kuko igihe cyose kwirinda biruta kwivuza.”

Iri genzura ryakozwe mu gihe ku wa 26 Kamena, Minisiteri ya Siporo yatangaje ko indi mikino izakomorerwa izatangazwa tariki ya 6 Nyakanga hagendewe ku nama zizatangwa na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima.

Iti “Ibindi bikorwa by’imikino byemerewe gusubukurwa bizatangazwa ku wa 6 Nyakanga hashingiwe ku nama zitanzwe na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima (Minisante).”

Tariki ya 15 Werurwe 2020 nibwo ibikorwa byose by’imikino byahagaritswe mu Rwanda, umunsi umwe nyuma y’uko Minisiteri y’Ubuzima itangaje ko hari umurwayi wa mbere wa Coronavirus wabonetse mu gihugu.

Tariki ya 5 Gicurasi, Minisiteri ya Siporo yagiranye inama na Komite Olempike n’abahagarariye imikino, hemezwa ko hafi imikino (amarushanwa) ishobora gusubukurwa ari muri Nzeri mu gihe imyitozo yatangira muri Kanama.

Amabwiriza yo kubungabunga ubuzima hirindwa COVID-19

  1. Kwambara agapfukamunwa mbere na nyuma y’imyitozo ni ngombwa.
  2. Kubahiriza intera ya metero 1,5 hagati y’abakorera siporo n’imyitozo hanze.
  3. Kwitwaza imiti yo gusukura intoki mu gihe ukorera siporo hanze no kuyikoresha igihe cyose bibaye ngombwa.
  4. Kwitwararika ku isuku y’ahakorerwa siporo n’imikino hakoreshejwe imiti yemewe yica virusi, gusukura ibikoresho byifashishwa no kwita by’umwihariko ahakorwa kenshi nko ku nzugi.
  5. Mu gihe hakoreshwa inyubako za siporo zo hanze, buri wese agomba kugira ibikoresho bya siporo bye bwite akabigirira isuku, kandi hakirindwa ko bishyirwa hamwe byegeranye n’iby’abandi.
